Founder's Message

As a lifelong pet parent, I’ve always dreamed of a home where my furry friends can run, roll, and relax—without me worrying about stains, snags, or slippery rugs. But the truth is, most rugs aren’t made for real life with pets.

That’s why I started this brand. Not to create just another rug, but to solve the everyday struggles pet families face. Every design starts with a simple question: “What do pet parents really need?”

Our Origin Story

It all started at a college reunion in 2020. Friends gathered, pets in tow, and the house was filled with laughter, wagging tails, and happy chaos. But in the middle of it all, one enthusiastic pup crashed into the coffee table—sending juice, snacks, and sauces flying. In seconds, the rug was soaked and stained. What was once a cheerful gathering turned into a sticky, messy cleanup mission.

That moment stuck with me.

I realized just how unprepared most rugs are for the real lives we live—especially in homes with pets. They stain easily, slip around, soak up spills, and wear out far too soon.

That’s why, in 2022, I founded PureCozy—to create rugs made for real homes, real messes, and real moments. Spill-proof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. Soft underfoot yet tough enough for paws and claws. Rugs that stay in place, hold up beautifully, and turn joyful chaos into a little less cleanup—and a lot more comfort.
