How do I place an order?

Just find the rug you love, pick your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Then follow the easy checkout steps — we’ll take care of the rest!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We totally get that things happen! If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Just email us as soon as you can at support@purecozyhome.com.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking info. You can also log in to your account anytime to check progress.

What if I ordered the wrong size or color?

No worries! Reach out to us right away. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll help you switch things up.

Can I add items after placing an order?

Once an order is placed, we can’t add new items to it — but feel free to place another order and we’ll ship everything as quickly as possible.

My order never arrived — what do I do?

Oh no! We’re here to help. Please contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it ASAP.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. Check our Shipping Policy.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is totally free on all U.S. orders — no minimum, no fuss.
