Can I machine wash my rug?
Yes, you can! All of our rugs are designed to be fully machine washable — just use cold water on a gentle cycle and lay flat or hang to dry. No heat, no worries.
How do I remove pet stains or odors?
Start by blotting (not rubbing!) with a clean towel. Then toss the rug cover in the wash with mild detergent.
Will the colors fade after washing?
Not at all. Our fabrics are tested for colorfastness so they stay vibrant — wash after wash. Just avoid harsh chemicals or bleach.
How often should I wash my rug?
It depends on your lifestyle, but we recommend every 1–2 months for pet-friendly homes, or whenever it starts to look or feel less than fresh.
What if my rug gets wrinkled after washing?
Totally normal! Just smooth it out by hand — it’ll settle perfectly flat in no time once it’s laid down.
