The 8x10 Area Rug Washable Vintage Living Room Carpet is so soft to the touch. It came folded up and when I laid it out it took about a day or two for the folds to smooth out. We put it on a hardwood floor and it is staying put very nicely. It's not buckling up or causing any issues. It's laying flat to the floor. The colors are nice and neutral. Some of the areas have a little bit darker color, almost blackish. I feel like this rug could mix well with a lot of different decor. If you're looking for an affordable way to cover your floor this is the way to do it. Especially if you have kids and pets you can throw this in the washing machine when it gets dirty. Oh yeah, and it repels water amazingly. We spilled a drink and by the time I came back with a towel I thought for sure it would have soaked in and it was still beaded on top and I was able to retrieve all the water into the towel before it even soaked into the carpet. I got another dry towel, buffed it out and the carpet was completely dry and undamaged.
This rug was the perfect touch to my living room. The quality is amazing for the price! It’s so soft and looks exactly like the pictures. I want to buy more for other rooms in my house!
100% recommend this rug it is beautiful, and very soft and is pretty much water proof. I get compliments on it when I have people over. I just got a puppy she’s 8 weeks old we are still working on potty training she does well but has had an accident on the rug. It was super easy to clean and it all came up perfectly. It didn’t leave a smell and I was even able to wash it in a large washing machine at a laundry mat and it came out brand new!! Would definitely recommend to pet owners too as when I vacuum it the dog hair all comes out! I have a lab and a Staffordshire puppy and they roll around on the rug and I have been able to keep the rug really clean, compared to any other rug I’ve had!
